Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge – with no minimum order value.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are unfortunately not possible at this time.
Shipping your order
Did you find your perfect look on our website? Then you surely want to receive it as soon as possible! That's why we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
An overview of average delivery times:
- After your order, we need 1–2 business days for processing. During the week, it usually takes one day; for orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- After dispatch, the delivery time is usually 7–11 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a personal tracking code via email. This allows you to track your delivery at any time via our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order
Once your order has arrived, you can enjoy it! Should something not fit, you naturally have the option to exchange or return it via our dedicated page.
Defective Product
That's certainly frustrating! In rare cases, a product may be damaged during transport. In such a case, we will send you a replacement free of charge the first time. Should the second delivery also be damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.
How to place an order
The ordering process at Crystalli is simple and straightforward:
- On the product page, select your desired product and click "Add to Cart".
- Check the selected variants and click "Proceed to Checkout".
- Enter your address details correctly and click "Continue to Shipping".
- Review your details again. Shipping is, of course, free.
- Then click "Proceed to Payment".

Lost package?
Should a package get lost or be undeliverable, we will first send you a new one free of charge. If your order has not arrived 60 days after dispatch, we will naturally refund the purchase amount.
