Overview:
Purpose: Baking cookies and decorating cakes
Stainless steel cookie press
1. 100g butter, 130g gluten-free flour, 50g white sugar (no milk or other ingredients; for other recipes, use your own mix)
2. Cream the butter until fluffy. Add flour and sugar and mix into a smooth dough.

Notes:
1. Cookies can be pressed directly onto an ungreased baking sheet (do not dust the baking sheet).
2. Do not place on greased baking paper (cookies will not stick, the press cannot remove the foil). After baking, clean and dry the tray.
3. Preheat oven to 170°C, bake for 10 minutes (baking time may vary depending on the oven). Set for 10 minutes initially. If the cookies are not yet hot, extend baking time by 2 minutes. Do not add more than 2 minutes at a time.
